Mustard Wostyn
This school assignment was to rebrand a regional product. The product I chose is Mostaard Wostyn, a mustard that has been around since 1869. The company is still in the hands of the Wostyn family and the mustard is still crafted their atelier. The recipe has never changed in all these years. The atelier is located in Torhout, and in the center of Torhout there is also a store (in the parental home) operated by Piet Wostyn and his wife.
